LIVE STREAM PURCHASES (OPENED ON STREAM)

All items and services opened live during our broadcasts are completely non-refundable. Because of the specialized, collectible nature of live breaks and live-reveal merchandise, once an item is opened on stream, the sale is final and cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.

SEALED ORDERS SHIPPED TO YOU

We offer a 7-day return window for items shipped factory-sealed. You have exactly 7 days from the date your package is delivered to get in touch with us and request a return.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must be sent back in the exact condition it arrived. It must meet all of the following criteria:

• The item must be completely unopened, factory-sealed, and unused.

• All original labels, tags, and security seals must remain fully intact and attached.

• The merchandise must be inside its original, undamaged retail packaging.

• You must provide a valid order number, receipt, or digital proof of purchase from our store.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, contact our support team at contact@saikou.store. If your request aligns with our guidelines and is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how and where to drop off your package.

Note: Packages sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & INVENTORY ISSUES

Please check your package thoroughly the moment it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if we accidentally packed the wrong merchandise, notify us immediately. We will review the issue right away and ensure it gets corrected.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the items and send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
